We are currently seeking an Operations Associate who will play a pivotal role in recruiting healthcare professionals and matching them with suitable positions. The successful candidate will be a key member of our operations team and will play a vital role in our provision of excellent healthcare services.

Responsibilities:Recruiting and evaluating healthcare personnel to ensure they meet our standards and requirements.
Matching healthcare personnel with customers and effectively arranging related work plans.
Assisting in the establishment and improvement of recruitment and matching procedures to increase work efficiency and quality.
Conducting follow-ups and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the provision of high-quality services. Requirements:
An Associate's degree or above in operations management or a related field.
At least one year of relevant work experience, with recruitment experience in the healthcare or nursing field preferred.
Excellent interpersonal communication and coordination abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and related software.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
High professional ethics and confidentiality.
