The Position: Full-time Customer Service Specialist / Admin Support at HKSC. (5-day work)
- Creating an amazing first impression of the clinic by providing a warm welcome, and pleasant manner at all times
- Offer top-notch customer service experience to all clients of the clinic
- Providing detailed information on various services we are offering
- General reception/front desk duties, data entry
- Administrative support
- Ensuring that adequate stocks, business cards, and leaflets are available
- Taking money for services and products and accurately accounting for transactions at the end of each shift
- Handling telephone / WhatsApp enquiries and replying to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Experience & Skills:
- Relevant industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in English and basic Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus!
- Good computer skills, particularly with Mindbody
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Tech-savvy, particularly with Mindbody software
- Social Media & Marketing and
- A passion for fitness is preferred

- 5.5 days work
